QSQ-2200A-14P Bridge Multi-blade Granite at Marble Block Cutting Machine
The machine adopts PLC programmable controller and Human MachineInteraction control, supplemented by ultra-high-precision rotary encoderfor segmentation.
The left and right feeding is controlled by inverter. The cutting method.cutting pieces, kapal ng pagputol, feeding depth and feeding speed canbe set arbitrarily according to different stone materials.
Gumagamit ito ng hydraulic lifting para sa pagputol ng ulo pataas at pababa na paggalaw. lt iscombined with chrome-plated guide rod and wear-resistant guide sleeve.so the matching gap is small, wear-resistant at maganda.
Bukod pa rito, ang multi-layer seal ay idinisenyo sa manggas ng gabay, which iswaterproof, dust-proof and anti-oil-leakage, eventually improving theservice life. Ang pasulong & backward slicing are driven by high-precisionscrew nuts.Automatic slicing, and key parts are using importedhigh-quality parts.The blocks are placed directly on the ground, whichcan save the trolley and its maintenance costs; samakatuwid, it has theadvantages of high cutting efficiency, mataas na katumpakan ng paghiwa, andconsistent thickness of the cut slabs, magandang patag, mataas na katatagan, andconvenient operation. it is especially suitable for cutting high valuegranite and marble blocks.
