The machine adopts PLC programmable controller and Human MachineInteraction control, supplemented by ultra-high-precision rotary encoderfor segmentation.

The left and right feeding is controlled by inverter. The cutting method.cutting pieces, 절단 두께, feeding depth and feeding speed canbe set arbitrarily according to different stone materials.

It is using hydraulic lifting for cutting head up and down movement. lt iscombined with chrome-plated guide rod and wear-resistant guide sleeve.so the matching gap is small, wear-resistant and beautiful.

게다가, the multi-layer seal is designed in the guide sleeve, which iswaterproof, dust-proof and anti-oil-leakage, eventually improving theservice life. The forward & backward slicing are driven by high-precisionscrew nuts.Automatic slicing, and key parts are using importedhigh-quality parts.The blocks are placed directly on the ground, whichcan save the trolley and its maintenance costs; therefore, it has theadvantages of high cutting efficiency, high slicing accuracy, andconsistent thickness of the cut slabs, good flatness, high stability, andconvenient operation. it is especially suitable for cutting high valuegranite and marble blocks.
